Dr. Georgia Dellas, DMD
Dr. Georgia Dellas is the primary General Dentist at Dellas Dental, PLLC. She was born and raised in Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, NY. She has been in the dental field most of her life. As a teenager in Highschool, she started her dental journey as a dental assistant. She continued to learn from her mentors Dr. Dominick Congiusta and Dr. Angela DeBartolo until she herself went on to dental school. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Dellas then went on to complete a prestigious one-year Clinical Residency at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital (Formerly Known as NY Methodist Hospital) in Brooklyn, NY. While there she was awarded Resident of the Year and continued to complete a Second Residency Year as Chief Resident.
Dr. Dellas has served as an attending dentist at NYU Lutheran Family Health Centers (NYU LFHC), where she mentored dental residents. Additionally, she worked with the Allied Health Staff in School-Based Health Centers, providing dental care to children across various New York City schools. Currently, Dr. Dellas practices part-time alongside her husband, Dr. Michael Kokolis, at their practices in the NY Metro Area. Dr. Dellas is also a proud mother of two children.
Dr. Dellas is devoted to restoring and enhancing the natural beauty of your smile using conservative, state-of-the-art procedures that will result in beautiful, long lasting smiles. Dr. Dellas is passionate about expanding her knowledge through continuing education and study clubs. The office is devoted to providing cutting edge technology through digital radiography, computerized charting, and intra-oral cameras.
Dr. Katherine Glickman, DDS
Dr. Katherine Glickman grew up in Miami, FL. She attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL, majoring in Biology and minoring in Innovation. She found her love for dentistry when volunteering at UF Shands Hospital dental clinic and at a community dental clinic called ACORN (Alachua County Organization for Rural Needs). She found dentistry bridged the sciences and arts together.
She continued her education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where she was heavily involved with providing dental services to the underserved population of Pittsburgh. She helped translate for Spanish-speaking patients and conducted supervised oral health screenings. She also implemented written post operative instructions in Spanish for the Spanish-speaking population. During her third year of dental school, she was awarded the Langkamp Allison 2022 award. This award is dedicated to a third-year student who has demonstrated their passion for dental education and commitment to contributing to dental academia in the future. Lastly, she was awarded the Student Humanitarian 2023 award, which is given to a graduating dental student who is involved in public health that encourages humanitarian support.
Dr. Glickman graduated dental school in 2023 and moved to Brooklyn, New York to pursue a general practice residency program at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. She then stayed another year as Chief Dental Resident. During her time at Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, she connected with Dr. Georgia Dellas, a former Chief Dental Resident at the same program. She then joined the practice in May of 2025.
She enjoys all facets of dentistry. Her goal is to provide her patients functional and esthetic dentistry while keeping them educated, motivated, and comfortable with their oral health.
Outside the office, Dr. Glickman enjoys running, trying new restaurants with her family and friends, Casita of Brooklyn, traveling, and watching movies.
Dr. Adam Abel, DMD, MD
Dr. Adam Abel is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He completed dental school training at the University of Connecticut, earning a DMD and multiple academic honors. He subsequently completed specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in New York with a 6 year residency program at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center. He later earned an MD degree at Weill Cornell Medicine. Dr. Abel provides a caring and meticulous approach to his surgical patients with minimal pain and post-operative recovery. He performs routine and complex dental extractions, wisdom tooth removal, bone grafting, dental implant placement, and oral pathology treatment in office-based setting. Dr. Abel welcomes open communication with his patients, encouraging discussion before and after surgery to ensure the most comfortable experience possible.
